To book a trip, you’re able to do this in one of the following ways:

Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation right away. We will also email out the TRIP NOTES (as detailed on the website trip page) in a handy PDF document up to 3 weeks before the trip start day.

Bookings must be made by an adult (18+yrs). Most of our trips are suitable for ages 16+yrs, and under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To help you plan ahead, please look out for the ‘deposit’ payment option when you book a trip online.

When booking a Country Adventures walking weekend or multi activity adventure trip, you can choose to pay the full amount for the trip or alternatively pay a deposit if the option is available on the trip page.

8 weeks before the trip start date we will send you a helpful reminder requesting the holiday balance. However, you can pay the holiday balance any time prior to the 8 week second payment reminder (a payment link is provided in the booking confirmation email).

The cancellation of a booking can be accepted only if it is received in writing and bears the signature of the person who made the booking.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

28 to 15 days 80%
14 to 1 days 100%
Start date or after 100%

The above percentages refer to the total tour price.  The deposit of £40 that forms part of every tour will always be forfeited in full, even if it should be more than subsequent cancellation charges.

You need to book in advance. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
